I’m an operations leader who works across industries — EdTech, SaaS, manufacturing, industrial automation. The domain changes. The job stays the same: build systems that scale, fix what’s broken, and make the numbers move.

Over 12+ years, I’ve gone from quality assurance on factory floors to running operations for a global certification platform reaching 193+ countries. I hold an M.Sc. from Kingston University and a Lean Six Sigma background that I’ve put into practice, not just on paper.

I co-founded and led TheLearningBit, scaling it from 4 to 18,400+ paid learners and 70+ enterprise clients including Bosch, Honeywell, and Adani. I’ve also worked on SalesFlint, a B2B SaaS venture in revenue operations.
