I’m an operations leader who works across industries — EdTech, SaaS, manufacturing, industrial automation. The domain changes. The job stays the same: build systems that scale, fix what’s broken, and make the numbers move. I hold an M.Sc. from Kingston University and a Lean Six Sigma background that I’ve put to use in 12+ years of actual operations — not theory.
