The job stays the same: build systems that scale, fix what&rsquo;s broken, and make the numbers move.<\/span><\/p>\n  <p class=\\\"jc-body-text\\\">Over 12+ years, I&rsquo;ve gone from quality assurance on factory floors to running operations for a global certification platform reaching 193+ countries. I hold an M.Sc. from Kingston University and a Lean Six Sigma background that I&rsquo;ve put into practice, not just on paper.<\/p>\n  <p class=\\\"jc-body-text\\\">I co-founded and led TheLearningBit, scaling it from 4 to 18,400+ paid learners and 70+ enterprise clients including Bosch, Honeywell, and Adani.
